Heavy Equipment Services & Repair RFP
The City of Conroe seeks vendors to maintain and repair its heavy equipment, including backhoes, bulldozers, excavators, graders, loaders, and other specialized machinery. Work includes diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues; repairing or replacing major components; welding and fabrication; and responding to emergencies within 24 hours while meeting applicable safety and environmental requirements. The contract term is one year, with options to renew annually for up to four additional years, and proposals are due November 5, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Central Time.
