Summary
The primary outcomes of the Health Care Benefits contract are as follows. Objective 1 – Claims Processing: The Contractor shall provide prompt, efficient, and accurate processing and adjudication of all claims within the scope of the contract, including claim development, coding, processing, medical and dental review, verification of Peace Corps authorizations, accuracy and completeness checks, troubleshooting customer support, and data record submission and maintenance. Objective 2 – Customer Satisfaction: The Contractor shall achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate, timely, and efficient health care claims processing; responsive and courteous customer support; user‑friendly online portals and chat tools; accessible provider search capabilities; clear benefits information; and prompt handling of air ambulance and guarantee of payment requests.
