HAVO 326181 Rehabilitate Rainshed & Water Treatment RFP

Description: Rehabilitating the park's rainwater catchment system. This includes improvements to multiple components of the system including ground catchment, collection pipes, filtration, storage tanks, and equipment, replacing site pavement impacted by improvements, and replacing the perimeter security fence. Replacing Building 43. This includes the demolition and replacement of Building 43 with a new pre-engineered metal building. Replacing Building 241. This includes the demolition and replacement of Building 241 with a similar open-air structure incorporating steel columns. This also includes the removal of two smaller accessory buildings underneath the structure and constructing a new one-story CMU building.
