The Massachusetts Division of Fisheries and Wildlife is soliciting vendors for a Master Blanket Agreement to provide hatchery and aquaculture goods and services, fish stocking, fisheries operations, and fisheries education equipment and services. The contract will pre-qualify multiple vendors for future quotes, has an initial four-year term with options, and may extend up to a maximum expected duration of 15 years.
