MiConnect Maintenance & Operations (RFP)
Deliver IT professional services that will assist DTMB staff in supporting the MiConnect Solution maintenance and operations activities. MiConnect operates on a Salesforce Platform and utilizes an Amazon Web Service (AWS) tenant. The Contractor’s resources will work under the direction of the DTMB Agency Services staff in conjunction with Contractor’s Key Personnel and MDHHS resources (Staff) daily to develop and maintain MiConnect functionality as it relates to users throughout the State.
