Landscape maintenance: routine mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal of all turf areas. Pruning of trees, shrubs, and groundcover to maintain health, safety, and aesthetics. Seasonal planting, mulching, and replacement of annuals, perennials, and groundcover. Weed control in turf, planter beds, and hardscape perimeter areas. See attached file.

The proposed improvements will consist of various demolition of existing on-site materials (per plan), minor mass grading adjustments, underground utility improvements, HMA pavement construction, curb and gutter, hardscape improvements, architectural building structures - restroom, pavilion, kitchen/concession building, permanent site restoration and all other incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project.
