Hanley House Masonry Repairs and Waterproofing Project

This project involves the restoration and preservation of the exterior masonry of the historic hanley house, including its adjacent kitchen house. The Hanley House is a two-story brick residence built circa 1876, with significant historical value. The scope includes professional tuckpointing, selective brick replacement, and application of a breathable waterproof sealant across approxi 3,200 SF of exterior wall surface on the main house, as well as all exposed masonry on the kitchen house. The goal is to maintain the structural integrity and historical character of the buildings while protecting them from further weather-related deterioration.
