Replace the existing pneumatic ejector with a new electric duplex grinder pump station at the power plant for the electric department. The city municipal electric power plant has a pneumatic ejector station in the basement to handle sewer waste from its four staff bathrooms and locker rooms. This system was installed during the original plant construction in the 1960s and has reached the end of its service life. This project will replace the existing pneumatic ejector with a new electric duplex grinder pump station in the power plant basement.
