Hampton Roads Workforce Council One-Stop Operator (OSO)

Procurement for a One-Stop Operator to coordinate partner service delivery across two comprehensive Virginia Career Works centers and multiple affiliate sites in LWDA 14. Scope includes convening partner leadership, managing MOUs, coordinating integrated customer and business services under WIOA (operator will not directly supervise front-line service staff). Estimated initial-year funding ~ $118,000 (primarily to support one full-time position), eligible proposers may be public, private, nonprofit, or consortia, and the operator must be physically located within LWDA 14; contract renewable up to three additional 12-month periods.
