GSA PBS National Multiple Award IDIQ for Fine Arts, Architectural Arts and Decorative Arts Conservation Services - Sources Sought

Description: The contractor shall furnish the necessary materials, skilled labor, supplies and management to provide industry standard fine arts and architectural/material conservation and repair services, which include, but are not limited to, surveys, assessments, scientific analysis, treatment recommendations, transportation, conservation treatment services, cleaning, emergency stabilization/repair, architectural materials treatment and repairs to include masonry, metal and wood finishes, and the development and enactment of artwork cyclic maintenance plans. The contractor may be required to respond to a variety of fine arts requests within a limited time frame and provide project coordination. The following tasks are anticipated: On Site Examination of Artwork; Condition Assessment and Treatment Recommendation Report which may require archival research and non-destructive laboratory analyses. Performance of Conservation Treatment including a written report detailing final testing, treatment(s), remedial materials and methods, and specific recommendations for future cyclic care and maintenance.
