Montgomery County Government is seeking one highly qualified offeror to support its Vision Zero Coordinator and Steering Committee through community engagement, workgroup facilitation, strategic plan development, and publication of the County’s next Vision Zero Action Plan. The contractor is expected to complete the Action Plan update within one year of the notice to proceed, producing focused actions, high-crash-risk locations, and performance measures to help eliminate serious injuries and fatal crashes.
