Maintenance management consists of, but is not limited to, contractor establishing and adjusting pumping and cleaning frequencies, performing over-sight of all traps, tanks, separators and disposing of waste, off the "Health System" grounds, as necessary to ensure systems do not overflow. Drainage lines shall be clear of grease, oil, sand, and dirt to ensure they are kept free flowing for a distance of 50 ft from any tank, trap, and separator. The contractor shall ensure all grates, covers, grills, etc., arc repositioned on the tanks and traps.
