Grease Trap Maintenance

Grease Trap maintenance. This contractor shall be responsible for pumping, cleaning, scraping, transporting, and disposing of waster from grease traps. Ensuring all grates, covers, grills, and hookups are returned to their original position before departing the area. In addition to the trap, all dainage lines shall be clear of grease, oil, dirt, lint or other material to ensure they are kept free flowing.
