Gravesite Expansion Florence National Cemetery 943CM3023 RFP

Description: The contractor will provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary for the installation of all work shown on the plans and described in the specifications including but not limited to: gravesite expansion consisting of new Pre-Placed Crypt (PPC) sections BB, CC, DD, EE, and FF providing approx. 3,813 additional PPC interment spaces; expansion of the existing columbarium court with new double-sided niche walls providing approx. 1,000 additional niches, matching the design, materials, and finishes of the existing columbarium; construction of new roads (Road A and Road B) including asphalt paving and curbing; site grading; stormwater management infrastructure including catch basins, piping, and two detention ponds; extension of sanitary sewer, potable water, natural gas, and electrical/communications utilities to serve the expansion area; irrigation system tie-in and expansion; landscaping and turf restoration; and construction of other items.
