Grants for Programs, Services, and Existing Facilities in Existing Homesteads (Statewide) (Request for Proposal)

Description: Seeking grant proposals statewide to support existing projects, programs, and services for existing homestead communities or improvements to existing community facilities located on Hawaiian Home Lands to promote healthy and thriving native Hawaiian homestead communities. The grant proposals may cover a broad range of areas, including but not limited to DHHL General Plan policy topics: land use and water resources, infrastructure, economic development, healthy communities, housing, and / or food production.
