GPO Building B Garage Roof and Skylight Replacement

1. The current roof system and skylights must be demolished and removed from the building. 2. The contractor shall properly install a new system. 3. New skylights must be fabricated and installed on the garage roof. Remove existing roofing membrane, insulation, deteriorated blocking, and all interference debris to the roof deck. 1. Completely demolish and designated roofing and related materials. 2. Debris, including ballast stone, metals, roofing felts, insulation, wood and similar materials shall become property of contractor and shall be disposed of by him daily shall be stored in areas specified. Contractor shall dispose debris in compliance with applicable federal, state or local permits, and/or regulations. 3. Remove and legally dispose of all materials, other than earth to remain as part of project work, from any trash dumps shown. Materials removed shall become property of the contractor and shall be disposed of in compliance with applicable federal, state or local permits, rules and/or regulations be hauled to acceptable disposal site. 4. Completely demolish and remove skylights. Protect interior from water ingress while new skylights are being installed. See attached file.
