Ballpark Renovations Phase 1 includes restoration of the existing steel grandstand and spectator seating, installation of new spectator safety netting systems, and various site improvements. Interior renovations of the grandstand will provide updated spectator and player facilities, maintenance and storage areas, and a new trash enclosure with access from Langford Street. The project includes the demolition and new construction of team dugouts, and a new concession stand pavilion.
