Description: This cso seeks various innovative commercial items, technologies, and services intended to address existing gaps, revolutionize operations and/or capability, and/or significantly strengthen past, current, planned, or unforeseen operational paradigms. Technical applications that demonstrate breakthrough promise, as determined by the government, will be given higher priority consideration than commercial innovation applications that merely introduce incremental improvements in existing operations. Commercial innovation applications that support urgent pressing needs, as determined by the government, will be given higher priority consideration than those that address lower priority focus areas.
