Gas Leak Repair, Valve Installation, and Asphalt Patching Services (Request for Quotations)

Description: Saw-cut and excavate a 6' by 6' area, as needed, to locate and fully expose the gas leak; repair the identified gas leak and install a new gas valve; patch the 6' by 6' excavated area after completing the gas-line repair, testing, and gravel backfill. The asphalt patch shall match the existing pavement in material and thickness, be properly compacted, and be level with the surrounding parking lot surface; leave the site clean, orderly, and ready for government inspection.
