Description: Provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, license, certificates, permits, personal protection equipment, professional services, and equipment incidental to and necessary to relocate and replace (one) existing York 15 ton DX Air Conditioning Split System, provide temporary cooling system until new equipment can be installed, replace existing Weil McLain 230k BTU Boiler, replace (one) existing Liebert 12k Btu System, and replace (one) existing 18k BTU Liebert split system. Optional bid items will include providing and required connection of a temporary a/c unit and up to 8 months rental of that unit. See attached file.
