FY26 Keysight Software Maintenance

Description: The Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) is soliciting renewal of software maintenance and support services for existing Keysight Technologies licenses used for semiconductor device characterization and simulation. This procurement involves the renewal of maintenance for ten Keysight software licenses plus one perpetual license for the PathWave IC-CAP Power Electronics package. The acquisition is issued as an 8(a) sole source to Keysight Technologies, with work to be performed at McClellan Park, California.
