FY26 EPA Community-Wide Brownfields Assessment Program RFP

Description: Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) to carry out necessary tasks (Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments, Cleanup Planning, etc.) associated with our Brownfields Assessment Program. The initial term of this agreement shall commence upon execution and will end upon completion of the tasks associated with the contract. It is expected that the chosen firm will be available to begin work as soon as a Notice to Proceed is issued, and work with the City through the contract period.
