IMPS 168, 169, 169A, 170, 170A, 171B, 180. Frozen, weight range approx. 12 to 28 lb. Quote MUST indicate actual IMPS & average roast weight of quoted item. 2,500 LB of Turkey Roast, Raw, by the pounds: Meats,Turkey, Boneless, Roast, Raw, Natural, All-Natural, Boned, Rolled and Tied, netted, roasting pack or other appropriate packaging. U.S. Grade A., United States Classes, Standards and Grades for Poultry Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) 70.200 et seq. Breast meat or breast/thigh meat (8-12 lb each) or whole muscle thigh meat (6 lb each). Skin (Maximum) 12.5%. Packaging shall be neat and attractive.
