The Navy is seeking a contractor to overhaul, upgrade, repair, test, and inspect the CELL,FUEL,AIRCRAFT assembly, returning it to Ready-For-Issue condition. The contractor must provide the required facility, labor, materials, parts, tooling, and test equipment, and perform the work according to the applicable technical drawings and requirements. The solicitation requires quality-control and inspection procedures, material controls, and repair and failure-analysis records; repairs must use SAE-AS22759 wire rather than MIL-W-81381 and meet MIL-STD-130 marking requirements.
