Fruitland Elementary School Site Improvements

Improve the student pick up/drop off area to limit the number of vehicles queuing and parking along Fruitland Avenue. Extend the south parking area further south to provide a passenger drop off area, as well as additional onsite queuing and parking stalls. Redevelop the north parking lot into the bus drop off/pick up area. Site work includes clearing existing trees, vegetation and parking lot improvements, stormwater conveyance, detention and treatment facilities, fire hydrant relocation, new sidewalks, raised concrete crosswalks, and a redeveloped gathering plaza, parking lots, parking lot lighting, electric vehicle charging stations, fencing, and landscaping. The project consists of two phases.
