Sliced, white bread 20 ounce loaves, 12 loaves per case, 359,840 cases for two years. Cases must be boxed, palletized, and wrapped in stretch film plastic wrap. Total quantity to be divided into weekly deliveries and approximately 3,460 cases per week.

The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services) is conducting a competitive procurement to award Statewide Contracts Statewide and by County for eligible purchasers to acquire Fresh Bakery Items. Through the Statewide Contracts established by this solicitation, Washington state agencies and other eligible purchasers may obtain contracted Fresh Bakery Items such as sliced bread, hamburger and hot dog buns, bagels and dinner rolls as part of provided meals. Fresh Bakery Items are more commonly used by purchasers with institutional or other menus (e.g., correctional institutions, higher education, school districts). Fresh Bakery Items shall be delivered within 48 hours of production. Frozen items are not included on this Contact.
