Description: Public Utility District No. 1 of Franklin County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from engineering and related professional-services firms for inclusion on its roster. The roster will support as-needed engineering and other professional-services contracts for projects in the 2026 capital budget, including distribution, transmission and substation design, surveying, engineering studies, environmental work, energy analysis and bid-document preparation. Firms should submit qualifications by email to purchasing@franklinpud.com or mail them to Franklin PUD in Pasco, Washington.
