Description: The work located in Building F includes the demolition of an existing air handling unit, associated piping, ductwork, controls and electrical and the installation of a new air handling unit, piping, controls, ductwork and associated electrical. Two alternates are being considered which would provide a longer warranty period for the AHU and the replacement of existing pneumatically controlled terminal air boxes that serve the theater area with new digitally controlled terminal air boxes.
