Description: Work will include the removal and abandonment of the existing underground utilities. Approximately 2,850 feet of existing utilities will be abandoned with fcdf and approximately 2,375 feet of existing utilities will be completely removed. Minor grading will be required to provide positive drainage upon completion of existing utility abandonment and removal. Additionally the existing clear well will be removed to one (1) foot below grade and filled with compacted granular backfill.

The new Water Treatment Plant will be approx 190 by 77' and will consist of a process area with a pre-oxidation tank, three DAF units, and three filters. There will also be chemical rooms, and an administration area.
