The buildings are approx. 2,700 sf (tactical) and 7,040 sf (firearms) one-story facilities consisting of classrooms, offices and general storage rooms. The building additions will be a metal structure with a standing seam metal roof. Exterior cladding will consist of brick masonry to match the existing facade, including a target turning system upgrade at the gun range. The site includes a 2500 sf shoot house. Equipment for the shoot house will be provided by a preferred manufacturer and installed by the contractor. The shoot house will be covered by an open pre-engineered metal pavilion. Accessible walkways from the tactical and firearm facility will be provided within a fenced area as part of this scope.
