Forensic Accounting and Financial Reconstruction Services (Request for Proposals)

Description: Provide qualified public accounting, forensic accounting, and financial-management firms to reconstruct and validate selected financial records; prepare gaap-based financial statements and audit-ready workpapers; and conduct a program-by-program analytic review of the authority and its component units. The resulting work product will support management decision-making, corrective action, audit readiness, financial reporting, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. The authority anticipates that historical records may be incomplete, inconsistent, unsupported, or not fully recorded in the current financial system.
