Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to modify an existing firm-fixed-price delivery order and issue a new firm-fixed-price delivery order under a Basic Ordering Agreement to General Electric Aircraft Engines for CT7-8A6 engine components supporting the Presidential Helicopters Program. The proposed actions are intended to be awarded on a sole-source basis under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, and the notice expressly states that it is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may submit capability statements within fifteen days of publication so the Government can determine whether a competitive procurement is appropriate.
