FireSmart Vegetation Management Activities - Elkwater (Cypress Hills Provincial Park)

Description: Alberta Forestry and Parks, Parks South seeks vegetation management services in and around Elkwater within Cypress Hills Provincial Park to reduce wildfire risk, improve emergency access and egress, and enhance public safety. Work includes maintaining the south-end firebreak/sprinkler trail, three fire-lane sections, and the main town entrance across from the helipad, plus managing vegetation on vacant public land adjacent to private structures under FireSmart Canada guidelines. Completed sites must retain a park setting and emphasize cleanliness, safety, and ecological integrity.
