This project is a complete interior buildout, to include construction of a new 915 sf patio. Demolition to include but not limited to, removing existing brick pavers, concrete sidewalks, footers, existing landscaping and part of the existing building. The exterior of the building includes new finishes and existing finishes, concrete footers, wood framing, interior steel columns, service yard, CMU wall and lighting. New finishes include brick veneer, fiber cement siding, aluminum flashing/coping, RTU's and PVC membrane roofing on rigid insulation. The interior of the building includes drywall for walls-plywood on interior walls, where called out and ceiling, FRP, toilet fixtures & accessories, tile, acoustical ceiling, painting, wall coverings, steel columns and bar shelfs, storefront, quartz and granite counter tops, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler & fire alarm, electrical, and more
