This project is a complete interior buildout, to include construction of a new 915 sf patio. Demolition to include but not limited to, removing existing brick pavers, concrete sidewalks, footers, existing landscaping and part of the existing building. The exterior of the building includes new finishes and existing finishes, concrete footers, wood framing, interior steel columns, service yard, CMU wall and lighting.
