Fire Protection Services at USCG Air Station Sacramento
The U.S. Coast Guard intends to award a sole-source contract to McClellan Business Park LLC for fire protection services at Air Station Sacramento for up to five years, including a base period and four option periods. Services include preventive maintenance and testing of automatic fire alarms, water-based fire protection systems and pumps, and fixed systems in accordance with National Fire Protection Association requirements. This is a special notice rather than a formal RFP, and other capable vendors may submit responses by October 30, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. PDT.
