Fire Protection Inspection, Testing, Maintenance and Support Services

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, equipment, supplies, facilities, supervision, other items and non-personal services necessary to perform fire alarm, fire suppression and smoke management inspection, testing, maintenance (ITM) and repair services as defined in this Statement of Work. The work also includes all necessary services for inspection, testing and maintenance of portable fire extinguisher(s), commercial kitchen grease exhaust hood fire suppression and smoke management/stair pressurization systems.
