Work includes construction for turn-key products including replacement of devices and components to upgrade the existing fire alarm systems. Remove and replace the existing fire alarm system components including, but not limited to, control panels; activation, annunciation, and detection devices; all associated wiring. The project will replace all or some of the existing fire alarm devices and associated wiring as needed.
SCRO
Construction contract for a project entitled Upgrade Fire Detection System at the. New addressable, automatic and manual fire alarm system for each building. All buildings on site are part of the Scope of Work. The Contractor will provide detailed, engineered shop drawings, prepared as a delegated-design submittal, and sealed and signed by a qualified design professional (NICET Level 3 minimum or Licensed Professional Engineer).

This project will upgrade the fire alarm system on the Vancouver campus to modernize to a voice system. Edwards EST-3 Fire Alarm system installed in 2003. Upgrade Vancouver Campus fire alarm system to EST-4 and add voice. Including, but not limited to; Completing the campus fiber loop in a duct bank: Test network before integration. Main control equipment installation: Main control equipment shall be located at building 3 boiler plant; FACP with integrated Network Voice Command; FireWorks Station Computer, UL listed, with a built-in network card; Two monitors and printer; Cellular digital alarm transmitter.
