Financial Condition Examination Services

Description: The Kansas Department of Insurance is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors for examination-related services under Kansas statutes. The work includes financial condition examinations of Kansas-domiciled insurance companies and other insurance-related entities under the Department’s regulatory authority, as well as training Department staff in examination procedures.
