Financial advisory services.

City of Clifton

Provide financial services to the city, as directed by the chief financial officer or his designee. The scope of services shall include, but are not limited to the following: Shall provide advice appropriate to assure successful financing. Shall review existing debt structure and assist in developing a debt financing plan. Shall develop detailed financing timetable. Shall coordinate the financing team. Shall assist in and/or review of the preliminary and final official statements. Shall present to bond rating agencies. Shall monitor market and provide analyses regarding timing, comparable sales and structure of debt issues. Shall provide updated debt service schedules. Shall create summary reports of debt issuances; and Shall provide ongoing advice to management regarding financial and budgetary matters.
