Fair Housing Legal Services (RFP) - *RE-BID #2*

Lorain County

Provide fair housing services. The selected contractor will implement activities that promote fair housing choice, prevent housing discrimination, and educate residents, landlords, lenders, and housing professionals throughout county. See attached file.

Hoboken Housing Authority

The Housing Authority has been preparing to convert the remainder of its public housing portfolio to Section 8 Project-Based Vouchers using one or more of the Department of Housing and Urban Development's public housing repositioning options including, but not limited to, the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program and Section 18 Demolition/Disposition. Special Legal Services will be necessary to augment the Authority's existing professionals.

County of Merced

Implement and operate housing interventions under the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA). The goal of this RFP is to expand and enhance housing options for individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), serious emotional disturbance (SED), and co-occurring behavioral health needs, in alignment with state and federal guidelines.
