Provide a commercial software solution and professional services to modernize its faculty report of professional activities process. This project involves transitioning from an in-house system to a scalable, accessible, and integrated platform that supports annual faculty merit reviews and aligns with institutional technical, functional, and compliance requirements. The contract term shall begin upon execution and continue for a period of three (3) years. The contract may be renewed upon mutual agreement for up to two (2) additional one-year periods, for a total term not to exceed five (5) years. See attached file.
