DESIGN-BUILD: Project scope consists of the removal and replacement of the existing exterior steel stair located on the west end of the Building 3. The removal and replacement of the existing exterior stair located on the east end of Building 3 will be treated as an alternate. The new stair(s) will be constructed of aluminum and have open grates in lieu of filled concrete landings and treads.

Scope of work for this contract includes furnishing all labor and material required to complete the project. This includes but is not limited to, removal and replacement of current roofing system on the main building, the kitchen house, and the outhouse. Removal and replacement of current gutters and downspouts. Repair and waterproof all windows to include glazing, panes, sills, and casing. Repair to porches, railings and associated woodwork. Installation of chimney caps to prevent water intrusion. Repair and waterproofing of exterior brick and tuckpointing.
