Extension of COCO Fuel Services at DFSP Al Udeid

Description: The notice is a proposed sole-source extension of DLA Energy’s current firm-fixed-price contract with Fueling Systems Contractors, LLC for contractor-owned, contractor-operated fuel services at DFSP Al Udeid, Qatar. The work covers receiving, storing, transferring, and shipping JP8 aviation fuel, diesel, and gasoline, as well as additive injection, inventory management, maintenance of government-owned fuel, and operation of the base service station. The proposed term is a four-year base period plus three one-year options, for up to seven years.
