Executive Recruitment Services for City Manager Search

Description: The City of Garden City, Kansas ("City") invites qualified executive recruitment firms to submit proposals to provide professional executive search services for recruitment and selection of the City's next City Manager. The selected consultant will assist the Garden City Commission throughout the recruitment process, including stakeholder engagement, development of a candidate profile, recruitment, candidate screening, finalist evaluation, background investigations, contract negotiation assistance, and executive onboarding support.
