ex-CGN9 Long Beach Dismantlement and Disposal - (Request for Proposal)

Description: The Contractor shall employ qualified personnel who are capable of performing the requirements of the contract, including subcontractors and key personnel. Contractor personnel, including subcontractor personnel and consultants, shall be sufficient to accomplish the scope of work. In addition, the Contractor shall employ and maintain the appropriate personnel, organizational and administrative controls necessary to ensure that performance meets or exceeds all contract specification requirements hereunder. The Contractor shall prepare a Decommissioning Work Plan (DWP) for ex-Long Beach dismantlement and disposal. The DWP shall be submitted to the Navy to forward to the NRC to obtain their recommendation that the Navy provide the Contractor approval to proceed with completion of the Dismantlement and Disposal (D&D) Contract requirements.
