The City of Menifee is soliciting proposals to provide non-exclusive special event management and production services for four to six large-scale, revenue-generating special events annually at the Central Park Amphitheater (30268 Civic Plaza Dr, Menifee, CA 92586). The contract is intended to be a one-year term with four optional one-year renewals and will be awarded to a qualified firm capable of producing and managing large-scale events to generate revenue and ensure successful execution. The solicitation is an RFP (not a grant) and is currently in the bidding stage; proposers must register on the City’s vendor portal to access full solicitation documents and submission instructions.

The U.S. Embassy Tokyo (Department of State) issued a presolicitation for America 250 Digital Media Production Services to support digital media production and public relations activities tied to the America 250 initiative. The notice states the solicitation has not yet been released and will be posted on SAM.gov when available; the government may award a firm-fixed-price purchase order based on initial quotations. The place of performance is Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan, NAICS 541890 and PSC R708; interested contractors must be registered in SAM and a pre-quotation conference is planned.
