Ethernet Transport Services for K-20 Education Network (RFQ 25-600)

Procurement of secondary Ethernet circuits (Ethernet transport services) to connect multiple K-20 customer end sites to K-20 node sites statewide in Washington. Contract is approximately five years through June 30, 2031 with optional renewals; bidders must submit per-site pricing using the Attachment B Excel pricing worksheet, meet mandatory performance/service requirements, and satisfy minimum qualifications (E‑rate SPIN, 2+ years' comparable experience, Form 499 filer or eligible telecommunications provider). Awards are made per-circuit to the lowest responsive bidder.
