EROS Removal and replacement of chilled and conden
The U.S. Geological Survey is seeking a small-business contractor to remove and replace chilled-water and condenser-water piping serving the 1996 building addition at the EROS Science Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The work includes HVAC piping, pumps, controls, cooling-tower systems, structural and electrical work, water treatment, testing, balancing, and commissioning, with construction phased to maintain facility operations. A site visit is scheduled for October 6, 2026, and the solicitation requires quotations by October 20, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CDT.
