Environmental Services- FEMA Buyout Program Phase 1 RFP

Description: The City of Rancho Palos Verdes is requesting Proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms to provide environmental assessment and hazardous materials investigation services, and biological and archaeological monitoring services, for residential properties to be acquired as part of the Greater Portuguese Bend Landslide Voluntary Property Buyout Program. Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and Hazardous Materials Investigation Including Lead-Based Paint and Asbestos Surveying and Sampling, and Biological and Archaeological Monitoring FEMA Hazard Mitigation Assistance Voluntary Property Buyout Program Proposals must provide an all-inclusive, not-to-exceed (NTE) price for each property, with a cost breakdown for each line item listed in Section III, Cost Proposal, using the categories noted in Section III of this RFP.
