Environmental Emergency Response at Bluegrass Station

The Commonwealth of Kentucky (through the Finance and Administration Cabinet on behalf of the Department for Military Affairs) issued an RFB to establish a Master Agreement for environmental emergency response services at Bluegrass Station. The contractor will provide emergency spill response including assessment, containment, cleanup, disposal, arrival within one hour of notification, and submit incident reports within 30 days; bidders must be OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120 certified (HAZWOPER). The initial period is one year with options to extend, services performed at Bluegrass Station in Fayette County, KY.
